Mother's Day: Meringue and Soufflé - May 13, 2018


Eggs are miraculous, in so many ways.

In this workshop, you will learn to make three delightful egg-centric creations: Meringue, Zabaglione, and Soufflé. All three are relatively simple in concept - but can be devilishly hard to master. We will teach you how to whip up these masterful desserts - and you’ll leave with some treats to take home and enjoy!

All Crispian Bakery Workshops are hands-on, led by our trained professional bakers, including our head chef, Beth Woulfe. You will learn classic French techniques that will wow your friends and family with elegant, delicious treats! Our classes make for a great date night, or family bonding experience!

What to expect: Each workshop is 2 hours long, and you will be standing, and working for most of that time. Please wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Please feel free to provide a review on our Yelp page after completing our workshop. We look forward to baking with you!
