Perfect summer pies - June 17, 2018


Not everyone thinks 'pie' when they think of summer - but they should! So many delicious, juicy fruits are in season, and what better way to enjoy them? In this workshop, you will learn recipes and techniques to make the perfect summer pie, starting with the all-important crust and finishing with a discussion on what makes the best filling consistency, consistently!

All Crispian Bakery Workshops are hands-on, led by our trained professional bakers, including our head chef, Beth Woulfe. You will learn classic French techniques that will wow your friends and family with elegant, delicious treats! Our classes make for a great date night, or family bonding experience!

What to expect: Each workshop is 2 hours long, and you will be standing, and working for most of that time. Please wear closed toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Please feel free to provide a review on our Yelp page after completing our workshop. We look forward to baking with you!
